"I am 60 years old and have purchased many motorcycles, cars and trucks over the years. The purchase of my new 2012 Bonneville has been, by far, the best dealer experience I have had in my life. No exaggeration. Luke Knowles is a very professional, entusiastic and knowledgeable salesman. When I did stump him with a technical question regarding the interface of the on-board computer, he responed "Gee, I should know that. Let me ask the shop guys." In less than a minute he was back with the answer. When I asked the same question at your nearest competitor, I got a snow job about how only the shop is qualified to use that interface. At no time did Luke make me feel pressured, or that I was being handed a sales pitch. He was simply a fellow rider who was guiding me in an important decision. Diana Drake, your Empress of F&I, was an absolute hoot and made the usually boring and agonizing documentation part of the sale a fun experience. But above all was the family atmosphere of the place. The little touches, such as the "gimme" t-shirt and ringing the bell (especially the bell) go a long way with me, and I feel like there now is a buillding in Lynnwood with a bunch of new friends working there. I wonder if y'all realize what a powerful thing you have with that bell ceremony? It sounds silly, but it's a very emotional thing. Anyway, thank you for making the usually painful experience of buying a vehicle from a dealer an enjoyable event. PLEASE don't change a damn thing."

"My husband and I have shopped many motor stores and by far the best service we have ever received was from Cycle Barn. The sales team has wonderful grasp of all vehicles on the showroom floor. They give you the assurance/information you need for the right vehicle that not only fits what you needs, but what’s in your budget. The parts and accessories departments are nothing short of wonderful as well. They always have great suggestions and share the passions that most riders share of their vehicles. When we walk into the stores we see that fun and passion that all the employees seem to have. A wise person once said Do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. I wish that you had more employment opening, because I truly wish I could experience such a wonderful place to work.

"On my first visit to Cycle Barn, I was a bit unsure of what to expect. However, I was VERY happy to experience top quality service. Even though my accessory purchase was not that important (I bought some waterproof riding boots for my Vulcan 2000 cruiser), the sales clerk was very nice, and very prompt (in spite of the fact that she was extremely busy).
