"Have you given any thought about opening a Triumph dealership in Puyallup, along Meridian Ave? The reason I ask is three fold. #1, is because Puyallup/Southhill is a growing area, and where you are located now in Lynnwood is a long 1 1/2 hour drive from Puyallup. #2, the Triumph America model, as a "air cooled cruiser" motorcycle.. appears, (since I have not test driven one..) to offer a machine that is lighter in weight, balanced, good looking and affordable. #3, I currently own a 2004 Buell XB12S and have a growing interest in your Triumph America.
I should add that I would like to see Triumph modify the America with a belt drive and idler, buckhorn handlebars, a hinged seat for access to the battery and all gauges mounted ahead of the handlebars. This comes from owning 14 different motorcycles since 1970. I have written Triumph regarding these modifications plus a few more, but have received nothing in response. " Mary is such a great gal to work with @ Smokey Point....I called Mary a couple days ago RE: getting my wife a bike. We put in for the financing and I brought my wife down there to "casually" look at accessories for my bike...and see her sit on the new 109....She didn't know I was in the process of financing....Yesterday I ran to the Financing place in Marysville and my wife decided to go to Cycle Barn to pick up the accessories as Christmas presents to me and "look at" the beautiful white Suzuki 109...again. At the same time, about 6:30 PM! the financer called Mary for the VIN and told her they were cutting a check....Well, my wife walked in and Mary saw her and SCREAMED.."EEEEEEEEEKKKK!"..LOUD.....and my wife screams back......"EEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKK...what?" she asks. The cat was out of the bag and when I got to the Cycle Barn @ 7:00 I had two jumping screaming ladies and my wife is still jumping today...literally!! Every few minutes she bursts into this jumping up and down throwing her arms and legs and head around like a teenager in a Mosh Pit.
Your team stayed there til after 9 pm making sure we had all we wanted and needed. 3 hrs after closing! Adawna was jumping through hoops trying to get my VERY excited 42 yr little girl into the helmet and coat...and pants....and so on and the salesman, Mark, was pushing to meet our financial needs. All the people who helped never once mentioned how late it was or that they were tired.
HUGE kudos' to Smokey Point Cycle Barn for making yesterday...no kidding here...one of the most exciting days in our almost 16 years of marriage.

"I just purchased a 1999 Triumph Sprint ST from the Lynnwood metric store and had a great experience there. Oh yeah, I love the bike. I come into that store at least a couple times a month for my vintage bike parts and that parts department you have there is great as well. I look forward participate in future rides and will be joining the RAT MC. Thanks for all the help and knowledge, you people provided great service...thank you for that. "Josh "JD" Dreyfous was my sales rep i dont have enough space here to do in to detail of my joy of working with all of you at cycle barn all i can say is WOW!!! all departments were very helpful from the moment i made the first phone call i called JD and told him i was getting the run around from another honda dealer (ride) he told me to come on in and we would be able to find somthing that would work for me (typical salesman responce i thought) but i was wrong...so very wrong as soon as steped foot on to the show room floor and met JD i could tell this was no typical salesman he did what he said and came through with a bike that was perfect for me!!! there is one bad thing about buying a motorcycle from cycle barn...i now have sunburnt teeth from the ear to ear smile that ive hade the moment i rolled it out of the show room floor. thank you Cycle barn and thank you very much JD. "I headed over to Smokey Point on Saturday after communicating with Ryan Drake via email and phone. I have nothing but good things to say about the guy. He literally ran around the shop to work out my deal and was nothing but friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful. I wasn't buying a big bike but he made buying a 50cc scooter feel like I was buying a Rocket III. I know you guys were swamped on Saturday, but you took the time out to help each and every customer with the attention and courtesy that he or she deserves. It's rare that a business still does that and I appreciate it. In the future, I'll take the drive to Arlington for anything my bike needs."

I can honestly say it is a decision I will never regret. Not only was I floored when I saw the selection of bikes, accessories,etc., but the friendliness of all I came into contact with makes it a great pleasure every time I enter the store. Your service department has been the finest I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Some, but certainly not all, who stand out are Jerry, Chuck and the third gentleman at the service counter,( I'm sorry but forgot his name,) Mark in sales and the shorter young lady in apparrel who has really helped my wife and I with some selections.
